Repair

Before purchasing a jewelry repair option, please email us at info@cynthiarybakoff.com with detailed photos, and a description of your repair. Please include any information regarding when and where the item was purchased, if you have it.

We will then let you know what needs to be done to repair your jewelry, and which repair option you should purchase. After your purchase is compete, we will email you a repair return authorization, with further instructions, to include with your shipment. 

Most repairs will cost between $20-$45. Should your repair cost more, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay online.

Please note some repairs may not be feasible, and we will let you know if the piece cannot be repaired. This is sometimes the case with broken stones, or items that cannot be replaced anymore. We will give you other options, if possible.

Most items are made to order and ship from our Manhattan studio within 5-7 business days. All orders ship via USPS. Allow additional time for transit.

First-Class: 2-3 days
Priority Mail: 1-3 days
Priority Express Mail: 1 day
First-Class International: 7-21 days
Priority Mail International: 6-10 days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Cynthia Rybakoff will gladly issue an exchange, or refund, on full priced items, within 30 days of receipt of goods. Promotional discounted items are exchange only.

Please note all sales are final on sale items, custom orders, jewelry care items and gift cards. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
