Repairs
Please contact us with details and clear photos of the repair needed for evaluation. We may charge a nominal repair or replacement fee based on the issue. We are not responsible for damage from wear, accidents, or trying on jewelry. Refunds and exchanges do not apply to damaged or worn items. Jewelry must be securely packaged for shipping; customers cover repair shipping costs. After evaluation, you’ll be instructed to purchase the repair online.

Warranty
We guarantee products against material and workmanship defects for 30 days. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our expense. Please note, normal wear of electroplating, including fading or wearing off, is not considered a defect and is not covered. Damage or wear caused by the customer is not covered and will incur charges.

Metal Reactions

All of our pieces are nickel-free and thoughtfully crafted for comfort. However, everyone's skin chemistry is unique, and in some cases—such as naturally acidic skin or salt air environments—electroplated finishes may wear more quickly. 

To help your jewelry stay beautiful longer, we recommend avoiding contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals. If you have any questions about care or materials, we’re always here to help.

Lost Earrings
We do not sell single earrings. All earrings are sold as matching pairs. Contact us for help with older styles.
