RETURNS | EXCHANGES
We offer free returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise, for our US customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods for all full priced merchandise.
Merchandise purchased during a promotional event is not eligible for return or free exchanges, and is final sale. See more below under Sales/Promotions.
Custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are final sale only, and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased in our Chelsea Market store are eligible for exchange only. See more below, under In Store Purchases.
Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. If you are sending back merchandise for a refund, Cynthia Rybakoff will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt, less any shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
To make a return please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to have a Return Authorization Form and shipping label emailed to you. Print and fill out the form and include it with your return shipment. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization Form, and any other form of unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
For exchanges, please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to request a Return Authorization Form and shipping label. You will need to indicate what items you would like to make an exchange for. You have the option to exchange your online purchase for store credit, issued in the form of a Cynthia Rybakoff gift card. Don’t hesitate to email us for assistance.
We reserve the right not to grant refunds or exchanges, should the merchandise arrive back damaged or worn. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for web merchandise at our Artists & Fleas Chelsea Market store in NYC, without prior authorization. Contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff, if you prefer to drop off or pick up anything at our store. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
