RETURNS

We offer free returns on full priced merchandise, for our US customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. 

Merchandise purchased during a promotional event is not eligible for return, and is final sale. See more below under Sale Promotions.

Custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are final sale only, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. If you are sending back merchandise for a refund, Cynthia Rybakoff will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt, less any shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.

To make a return please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to request an Authorization Form. If the return is for for priced merchandise, a complimentary shipping label will be emailed to you. Print and fill out the form and include it with your return shipment. Merchandise received without an Authorization Form will be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.

We reserve the right not to grant refunds, should the merchandise arrive back damaged or worn. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged or worn returns and exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, or forfeit of the return.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly issue an exchange within 30 days of receipt of goods for all merchandise, except final sale items, including custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards. We offer free exchanges on full priced merchandise, for our US customers. Exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value only.

Merchandise purchased during a promotional event is not eligible for free exchanges, and the customer must pay for return shipping. See more below under Sales/Promotions.

SALE PROMOTIONS

Promotional discounts are final sale, exchange only, within 30 days of receipt of goods, for unworn and undamaged merchandise only. Promotional discounts are not eligible for free exchanges. Sale items are final sale only, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Promotional discounts may not apply to previously purchased goods. Custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts. Discounts may not be combined. 

STORE CREDIT

You have the option to return your online purchase for store credit, issued in the form of a Cynthia Rybakoff gift card. Gift cards can be used at any time, and do not expire. You can forward the gift card to friends and family, via email. Request your return in the form of a gift card, when you contact us, or on the return form.
