ORDERS + SHIPPING
Many items are made to order and ship from our NYC studio within 5-7 business days. In stock items may ship sooner. We will contact you should your order be delayed for any reason. Feel free to contact up for an update on your order status, or to inquire if an item is in stock or needs to be made to order.
All orders ship via USPS. Allow 2-3 days for First-Class deliveries, 1-3 days for Priority Mail, and overnight for Priority Mail Express, within the USA. Allow up 7-21 days for First-Class International deliveries and 6-10 days for Priority Mail International deliveries. You will receive a tracking number for all shipments. Average days in transit are based on destination. We are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. Delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS for most services. Only Priority Mail Express is guaranteed.
If your package is lost by the carrier, we will do our best to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
Limited tracking is available for international shipments; once the package enters customs in the destination country, it can no longer be tracked. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. Once our products have shipped, we are not responsible for tariffs, custom duties or import fees that may be charged when the package arrives in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to international customs processing, lost shipments, or unclaimed goods in the destination country.
Please note we are not responsible for domestic or international mail that has been marked delivered, but was not received, nor are we responsible for domestic or international packages that are undeliverable due to customer error.
ORDERS + CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, in stock items are prepared and fulfilled ASAP, so it may not be possible to cancel your order. Cancelling an order that is in progress or completed, but not yet shipped, will result in a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders, reserved orders, and gift cards are final sale only, and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your order status and cancelling an order.
WEB STORE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer free returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are final sale only, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. If you are sending back merchandise for a refund, Cynthia Rybakoff will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt, less any shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
To make a return please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to have a Return Authorization Form and shipping label emailed to you. Print and fill out the form and include it with your return shipment. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization Form, and any other form of unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
For exchanges, please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to request a Return Authorization Form and shipping label. You will need to indicate what items you would like to make an exchange for. Don’t hesitate to email us for assistance.
We reserve the right not to grant refunds or exchanges, should the merchandise arrive back damaged or worn. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for web merchandise at our Artists & Fleas Chelsea Market store in NYC, without prior authorization. Contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff, if you prefer to drop off or pick up anything at our store. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

SALES + PROMOTIONS
Promotional discounts are final sale, exchange only, within 30 days of receipt of goods, for unworn and undamaged merchandise only. Sale items are final sale only, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Promotional discounts may not apply to previously purchased goods. Custom orders, reserved orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts. Discounts may not be combined. Discounts offered online are not valid in our NYC store.
Cynthia Rybakoff products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days. In the unlikely event that a problem arises due to a defect, Cynthia Rybakoff must first confirm the item is indeed defective, and will promptly repair the item at our expense, or replace the item if it cannot be repaired. Repairs that are necessary due to wear or damage by the customer are not covered by our guarantee and will be charged for at our discretion. See more about repairs below.
For repairs, please contact us at info@cynthiarybakoff to request a Return Authorization Form. Please let us know the nature of the repair, and send a picture, so we can make an evaluation on how we can help. We reserve the right to charge a nominal repair or replacement fee at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. We are not responsible for broken, chipped or lost stones; crushed or bent jewelry, broken chains, or any kind of damage to jewelry that has been worn.
We do not grant refunds for jewelry that has been damaged, broken or excessively worn by the customer. Exchanges do not apply to damaged, broken or worn merchandise. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, exchanges.
Jewelry returned to us for repairs should be safely wrapped and boxed for shipping, so nothing moves inside. Improper packaging can result in further damage to the jewelry. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for repairs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for single earrings. All our earrings are produced as matching pairs. Email us at info@cynthiarybakoff for more information about older styles you are looking to replace. You never know!
All our products are nickel free. We are not responsible for individual skin reactions to various metals, nor are they an indication of quality. Everyone’s skin has a unique chemistry and we can not predict allergies or skin discoloration from a particular metal. We recommend reading this article on how metals can stain your skin and why!
We cannot guarantee how long the electroplating on your jewelry will last, as longevity is largely based on chemicals the jewelry is exposed to, your skin’s PH balance, and how it's worn. We recommend not wearing electroplated jewelry to the gym, beach or pool. You should not shower in electroplated jewelry. Do not wipe or clean hands with anti-bacterial wipes or lotions, while wearing electroplated jewelry. You should not wear electroplated jewelry when washing dishes. Apply perfume or hairspray before putting on electroplated jewelry.

If you are unsure of your ring size, contact us first at cynthiarybakoff.com before ordering. We can help. Ordering one size up on wide bands and square bands is recommended. If you have received rings that do not fit, use the complimentary ring sizer included with your order to determine your size, and check with us as well, when requesting an exchange. IN STORE PURCHASES
If you’re in New York City, please visit our store in Artists & Fleas at Chelsea Market. We carry a large selection of styles in our store for you to try on! You will find limited editions, one-of-a-kind pieces and exclusive styles we don't sell online. All major credit cards are accepted.
Merchandise purchased at our New York store may be exchanged only, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for goods of equal or greater value. An original receipt with packaging is required. We do not accept returns or exchanges from web orders at our store without prior authorization.
If you have a repair, or issue with merchandise purchased in store, please contact info@cynthiarybakoff for more information. Be sure to include a picture of the item and date of purchase or copy of the receipt. Our sales associates are not able to evaluate or quote prices for repairs or replacements.
