Our most popular earring in genuine freshwater pearl. These barbell style reversible studs feature pavé cubic zirconia stones for maximum sparkle impact, with a classic pearl stud. Each pair comes with extra earring backs. Insert the ball post through the front of the ear into the larger crystal ball backing. Or insert ball post from behind the ear, and wear the sparkly ball in front. Do not insert posts at an angle, as they may bend.

Designed for versatility, the crystal ball will show more or less, depending on how tight or loose you wear it on the post. How much of the crystal ball shows in front also depends on the size of your earlobe and hole placement. Contact us for more options.

We recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume, hair spray, or other chemicals for our cubic zirconia and pearl jewelry. 

Remove pearl jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming. Wipe clean with a soft cloth only.

Many pieces are made to order and ship from our NYC studio within 1–3 business days. In-stock items may ship sooner. Orders placed after 1pm begin processing the next business day. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you directly.

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. You may choose USPS or UPS at checkout. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend UPS expedited options.

International Shipping (Canada only):
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. For other countries, contact us to discuss a custom shipping arrangements.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not liable for customs delays, lost international shipments, or unclaimed packages. For international delivery issues, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or theft once a package is in the carrier’s hands. If you experience issues, contact us and we’ll assist in tracking and guiding next steps.

For USPS delays or losses, you may file a Missing Mail Search after 7 days. Check with your local post office, as they initiate all USPS investigations.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors, building staff, or around your property. USPS often reattempts delivery within 1–2 business days. If not found, contact your post office directly to investigate.

Packages marked “delivered” but stolen after delivery are not our responsibility.

We are also not responsible for mail undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If returned, items can be resent with a reshipment fee. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items, custom orders, jewelry care products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be in unworn condition with original packaging. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To return or exchange, contact us for the appropriate authorization form and include it with your shipment. Returns or exchanges received without authorization or after 30 days may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt, minus shipping, merchant fees, or restocking fees. We reserve the right to deny refunds for damaged or worn merchandise.

Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value (excluding final sale items). We cover re-shipping costs for domestic exchanges only.

Sales & Promotions

Sale and promotional items are final sale. Discount codes do not apply to previous purchases, custom orders, jewelry care items, or gift cards. Discounts cannot be combined.

Store Credit

You may request store credit in place of a refund for full-priced returns. Store credit is issued as a Cynthia Rybakoff gift card, which never expires and can be shared via email.
