RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on full priced items for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned/exchanged. Custom orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are final sale, and cannot be returned/exchanged. All returned items are at the customer’s expense.

To make a return please contact us for a Return Authorization Form. Fill out and include the form with your return shipment. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization Form, or returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging. Cynthia Rybakoff will credit your account within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping costs, merchant fees related to installment plans, or restocking fees (if applicable). You will be notified when your refund is processed.

We reserve the right not to grant refunds, should the merchandise arrive back damaged or worn. We suggest wrapping the jewelry carefully in the original packaging, making sure nothing moves inside the box. Damaged or worn returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or forfeit of the return.

EXCHANGES

Cynthia Rybakoff will make exchanges within 30 days of receipt of goods for all merchandise, except custom orders, and jewelry care items. Exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value only. All items for exchange are returned at the customer’s expense. We will cover the cost of re-shipping on domestic orders only.

For exchanges, please contact us to request an Exchange Authorization Form. Fill out and include the form with your exchange return shipment.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Sale/promotionally discounted sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Discount codes may not be applied to previously purchased goods. Custom orders, jewelry care items, and gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts. Discounts cannot not be combined. 

STORE CREDIT

You have the option to return your full price purchase for store credit, issued in the form of a Cynthia Rybakoff gift card.

Gift cards can be used at any time, and do not expire. You can forward the gift card to friends and family, via email. Request your return in the form of a gift card, when you contact us regarding your return.
